EmberFlow Studio is not responsible for outages, platform errors, subscription changes, lost access, third-party policy updates, or technical limitations caused by third-party services.
Revisions
Revisions will be handled according to the project scope or agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, revisions are intended to refine the agreed direction, not create an entirely new concept, strategy, page structure, or project direction.
Additional revisions may be billed separately.
Timeline and Delays
We aim to complete projects according to the agreed timeline. However, timelines may shift due to client delays, platform issues, changes in scope, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances outside of our control.

This may include screenshots, links, mockups, project descriptions, or before-and-after examples.
We will not intentionally share confidential client information, private logins, or sensitive internal business details.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information shared during a project.
We will not intentionally disclose private business information, login credentials, unpublished materials, or confidential project details except as needed to complete the project, communicate with approved third-party tools, or comply with legal obligations.
Clients are also expected to keep private any internal processes, strategy documents, templates, pricing details, or proprietary materials shared by EmberFlow Studio.
No Guaranteed Results
EmberFlow Studio provides creative, strategic, and technical services designed to support your business. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, including increased revenue, website traffic, search rankings, email subscribers, bookings, conversions, or sales.
